About Maori Artists

Maori art is a mode of communication between generations, from our ancestors to our descendants. Carried within the designs are stories that will enable future generations to survive. Sadly, many of the meanings have either been lost to the corridors of time or have been purposely hidden by our ancestors. Our Maori artist is Nigel Hamahona.
